Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is very central with lots of shopping and eating options. The room was neat and comfortable with all basic amenities, but the double bed in the bed sheets wasn't perfectly clean. The staff were helpful in arranging things, and I particularly liked the food in the restaurant. However, overall, they were not particularly helpful at times.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat. The only drawback was the view of the industrial generators from the neighboring building. The service was efficient and pleasant, although there were some minor issues with sloppiness at times. The location was superb, placing me right at the heart of the town near the famous Brihadeeswara temple. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying the variety of South Indian vegetarian dishes. Overall, a great value for money hotel with fantastic amenities.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were quite big and spacious with a small balcony, but they were very untidy and had a bad smell. It was also too noisy at times. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very well behaved, helpful, and friendly, offering assistance in planning visits and car rentals. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the Temple and Palace, but noise was a drawback. The dining experience was reasonable, with a predominantly South Indian menu but lacking variety. The facilities were decent, although there were no specific comments.
